our staff are qualified to the highest of professional standards
Having worked for three years as an associate general dentist in London, Yvonne began working with Friary Court Dental and Facial Clinic with her husband Noel in 2000.
Since then, Yvonne has continued to focus on continual professional development. In recent years, Yvonne has qualified as a Facial Aesthetics practitioner and now also provides Anti-Wrinkle Treatments.
Yvonne thrives on providing gentle, caring and quality dentistry and facial aesthetics to patients of all ages. She places a special emphasis on prevention, and on using minimally invasive techniques.
She is a member of the Irish Dental Association and the Irish Faculty of Primary Dental Care.
Married to Noel, they have 4 boys to keep them busy at home. When not working or spending time with the boys, she enjoys catching up with family and friends and walking the dog. Ideally she would read more, and listen to more music but there aren’t enough hours in the day.
Her personal approach to patients is based on minimal invasive dentistry where the aim is to preserve as much tooth as possible at all times. She is particularly skilled at dealing with nervous patients and takes great satisfaction from seeing her patient leave her surgery, relaxed and smiling.
Her motto is that ‘a pleasant experience is guaranteed for everyone’.
Josephine is a current member of the Irish Dental Association and the Irish Family Practitioners Dental group. She has also served as Secretary of the South Eastern Branch of the IDA.
Outside of the surgery, Josephine has a keen interest in all sports and enjoys playing golf and tennis. She is also an avid reader.
She returned to general practice to concentrate on restorative and cosmetic dentistry and spent 5 more years working in dental practices in London.
While in the UK, Mary completed the Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry course run by Dr Chris Orr.
Mary enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially oral surgery and aims to help give patients a comfortable and relaxed experience when they attend for their treatments.
Mary has also been practicing facial aesthetics for many years and has undertaken advanced training courses with leading trainers in the UK such as Dr Rikin Parekh, Dr Bob Khanna and Wigmore Medical. She has carried out anti-ageing and facial rejuvenation procedures in private aesthetic clinics and dental practices around Ireland since her return in 2017.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys going on city breaks and long walks in the outdoors.

My main interest in Dentistry has always been Orthodontics, as this is a specialty that has a huge impact not only on people’s oral health, but also on their self perception and social life. Because Orthodontics doesn’t only change teeth, it changes faces.
My main focus are children and teens where their growth potential, if well managed, can lead to favorable results but at the same time, adult cases can be equally challenging and satisfying.
Achieving great results requires hard work, skills and determination and I am determined to continue to learn and improve myself through using innovative techniques and appliances and through continuous professional development courses that I regularly attend.
On a personal level, I like music, reading, travelling and am very happy to live close to the sea.

Passionate about all aspects of dentistry, James takes particular pride in helping patients overcome their fears and ensuring their treatment is as smooth and comfortable as possible. He has a keen interest in restoring teeth to their natural appearance and in the replacement of missing teeth.
In addition to his clinical work, James is an honorary lecturer at the University of Bristol, where he supervises student research projects for the MSc course in Implantology.

From an early age, she was drawn to the caring and detail-oriented nature of dentistry, and
this passion has only grown stronger with time. She is now a proud member of the Irish
Dental Association and is excited to begin her professional journey helping patients feel
confident, comfortable, and well cared for.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is particularly focused on creating a calm and
positive experience for each patient. She believes that building trust and taking the time to
listen are just as important as the treatments themselves. Whether it’s a routine check-up or
a more complex procedure, she aims to make every visit as relaxed and reassuring as
possible.
She is enthusiastic about continued learning and plans to pursue further training in areas
such as minimally invasive dentistry and cosmetic treatments. Staying up to date with
modern techniques and advances is something she sees as essential to providing the best
care possible.
Outside of work, Adrienne leads an active lifestyle and enjoys running in her free time—it’s
her favourite way to unwind after a busy day. She also has a deep appreciation for music
and played the violin for many years, something that taught her patience, discipline, and a
great attention to detail—skills she carries with her into her work every day.
Above all, she is passionate about helping people and is honoured to be part of each
patient’s journey to better oral health.

Linda enjoys providing gentle and quality treatment to every patient while also educating patients on their oral hygiene. Outside of the surgery Linda is a Mammy to two small children. When she’s not running after them Linda enjoys running the roads.
